Legal status of the staff emergency EMERCOM of Russia

The legal status of employees of the State Fire Service of the Emergencies Ministry of Russia, defined by the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, was considered. Special attention was paid to the adoption of Law No. 141 FZ, which represents a big step in creating a regulatory framework that determines the status of employees of the federal fire service
