Legal aspects and analysis of implementation mechanism for managing development of the built up territories

The article is devoted to key legal aspects in urban planning, namely in relation to the management of development of built-up areas. Considered installed in accordance with the current legislation requirements for the implementation of the mechanism for managing the development of built-up areas, analyzed the work of constituent entities of the Russian Federation for decision-making about the development of built-up areas, as well as the problems identified in managing the development of built-up areas.
