Legal aspects of strategic planning in the Russian Federation

In the article review the questions of realization of the Federal law № 172-FL "About strategic planning", making decision, that learning of this Law requires time and serious multidisciplinary analysis, also integration investigations into economic and law science. Note the absence of legal regulation relationships of strategic planning on municipal level. Analyzed the system of documents of strategic planning, marked the necessity of definition the legal status and the place of master-plans in this system.
