Legal and economic foundations of digital rights turnover

The article discusses the features and main problems of the formation of general and private legal regimes of digital rights, with a focus on the rules of their civil turnover. The basic idea is the systemic interrelation of economic and legal foundations for the creation, circulation, termination of digital rights as objects of civil rights according to Russian civil legislation. Conclusions are drawn about the necessity to achieve a balance of material requirements and their regulatory framework. Examples of the imbalance of economic efficiency and legal regulation of the civil turnover of digital rights in the current regulatory system are revealed.
