Legal ideas in Bashkir culture: ideological dimension

The article examines the legal aspect of the Bashkir culture development. It is emphasized that the legal ideas in the culture of Bashkirs are associated with their world outlook. The author believes that the Bashkirs' worldview is determined by the integrity of the views with domination of legal, moral, and artistic components. It is concluded that the legal idea in the Bashkir culture is filled gradually with spiritual and moral meaning. The Bashkir cultural tradition, aimed at the reunification of the law with the holistic culture of people, leads to the emergence of the law, in which the culture as the world outlook of Bashkir people appears to be an extent of human development.
