The problem of preventing the criminalization of youth by means of state youth policy

This article raises the problem of criminalization of youth, examines the causes of deviant behavior in young people. The idea of the existence of prevention, its types and forms. The methods by which prevention is carried out depending on its types are indicated. The paper reveals cases of revealing the criminal behavior of young people of the state youth policy. Includes laws on national security of the Moscow region, Sverdlovsk region and Perm region. The directions of the state youth policy that affect the prevention of youth are indicated.
