Legal grounds for the use of physical force by traffic police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

In article the main aspects concerning application of physical impact on offenders in the course of performance of the tasks assigned to police are considered. Special attention is paid to specifics of use of force by traffic police officers of traffic police. The questions of a legal basis and practical preparation are raised.
