Legal basis of "consumer extremism" in the shared construction market

The article analyzes the legal norms of legislation on investment activity, on shared construction and on consumer protection. The author concludes that the participant in shared construction is an investor, not a consumer; the relations between participants in shared construction and developers regarding possible claims and liability under an agreement for participation in shared construction are regulated by the legislation on shared construction and there are no grounds for the application of legislation on consumer protection.
