Legal features of the division of the property of spouses

The article analyzes the general characteristics of property relations. The complex of rights and duties accepted by the man and the woman as a result of the voluntary union concluded according to conditions of the law and in the term established by the law was considered. The main aspects of the division of spouses' property are analyzed.
