Legal consequences of the emphasis of minor

This article is devoted to questions about the emancipation of minors. As a result of the analysis, the author establishes the positive and negative aspects of this civil-law issue, reveals the existing contradictions in the legislation on the protection of the rights of minors. Particular attention is drawn to the grounds for the recognition of a minor who has reached the age of 16, fully capable. A special place in the work is devoted to the analysis of the rights and duties of a minor declared fully capable. As a general rule, an emancipated minor has full rights and responsibilities, with the exception of those for whom the age limit is determined by federal law.
