Legal positions of the constitutional court and the legal foundation to judiciary practice as right sources in the CIS / NIC countries

The article investigates the legal nature of law positions of the Constitutional Court and judiciary practice legal foundations as sources of the right that are under the formation process. The conclusion is that Russia is not only of the Post-Soviet states which ranks legal positions of the Constitutional Court and legal foundations of judiciary practice to the sources of the right
