Legal positions of the Russian Federation Supreme Court as an impulse for economy development and stable functioning

The article studies the influence of the legal positions of the RF Supreme Court over the Russian economy development. They are expected to be adequate for the changes observed in the society and its economy. The task of the Chamber for Commercial Disputes of the RF Supreme Court is currently double-natured and involves the protection of the good-faith businessmen from errors and excessive formalism of the public bodies, and stopping the actions of bad-faith participants of the relations aimed at getting around the law or violating the law, at deforming the concept of the established economic relations. The role is demonstrated of the RF Supreme Court in identifying the real economic contents of the legal relations. The conclusion is made that as of today, the legal positions of the arbitration courts of Russia often serve as models for solving many problems in economy. They not only specify the legal norms and principles but also form basic values of the economic behaviour.
