Legal issues of identification of subjects in state and non-state systems in Russia

The article analyses and systematizes the existing legal issues of regulation of identification of subjects of state, including a Single System of Identification and Authentication, and non-state information systems, as well as Internet users; the paper addresses subjective gaps with regard to regulation of identification as a part of the current Russian legislation; the article author is suggested ways to improve it.
