Legal questions of development of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation in the part regulating seizure of the means of transport and prohibition of its use

The article describes regulatory framework for seizure of the means of transport and prohibition of its use as independent measures supporting proceeding on the administrative offence cases. In view of the latest changes of regulations of the article 27.13 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation the author’s research substantiates the need for the system approach to introduction of alterations into the law regulations. Following the research results, the author brings forward a motion on advancement of the legal regulation of the seizure of the means of transport.
