Legal problems of use of legal responsibility for restriction of the competition in commodity markets

In article the main types of legal responsibility provided for violation of the antitrust law are considered. Structures of offenses and corpora delicti, a circle of subjects and also the special status of public bodies are analysed on the basis of what the main problem aspects of application of sanctions for restriction of the competition in commodity markets are revealed. On the basis of the conducted research, the author comes to a conclusion that he toughening of legal responsibility for restriction of the competition can increase effectiveness of competition policy of the state.
