Legal issues of acquisition of land plots by citizens and legal units who are proprietors of non-movable assets

The purchase by citizens and legal bodies for private ownership of the land plots which are in the state or municipal property, occupied by private objects of non-movable assets, a common procedure. We distinguish two kinds of "the repayment of land plots": from a private property in state or municipal (for the state or municipal needs) and the repayment of land plots from the public property by private citizens and legal units when there are located private objects of non-movable assets. The latter procedure is in detail considered in the article, and theoretical and practical conclusions are drawn.
