Legal problems of making a will in Russia

The article investigates the problematic aspects of the will taking into account the legal norms of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and the current judicial practice on the implementation of this institution. In the context of this topic, the authors propose some ways to solve the problems arising in the design of the will.
