Problems of liability insurance in professional activities

The paper focuses on certain problems hampering the development of different types of professional liability insurance under service agreements. One of the main reasons of insufficient application of this type of insurance in Russia is in most cases an underdeveloped legislative system, regulating such types of relations. The author tries to identify the specified problems and to define possible ways of solving them.
