The article deals with the most complicated problems of eliminating errors caused by the lack of proper information about the boundaries of land plots in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, including when courts consider disputes over the boundaries of large land plots. Recommendations are given to increase legal certainty to ensure effective protection of the owners’ rights to land plots.
