Бесплатный доступ

Modern trends in transforming legal life, the need for its harmonization, cause the necessity to overcome legal contradictions and legal conflicts in civil society. The solution of methodological and practical problems seems to be in the study of the dialectics of the interrelation of these categories, their essence. The signs of legal contradictions of civil society are a kind of contradictions of civil society, multilevel structure, presence of opposite parties of the legal reality (existence of opposing legal interests of interacting entities). The boundaries of the relationship between legal conflict and legal contradiction of civil society are poorly studied. Legal conflict is a manifestation of legal contradiction of civil society, expressed in the confrontation between parties that have conflicting, opposing legal interests. Legal conflict is a form of manifestation of contradictions, a consequence of their development, a result. Legal contradictions of civil society can also be considered as a substantive condition, the basis of the conflict in civil society, its subject.
