Legal regulations of credit organization restructuring in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes existing procedures of credit organization restructuring in the Russian Federation, defines their differences and assesses their compliance with international standards. The author considers limitation of the procedures of credit organization restructuring existing in Russia, and suggests the ways of improvement of these procedures.
