Legal issues of definition industrial tourism

The purpose of this article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the practice of its application in the field of industrial tourism development. The intensive development of society, the increasing number of industrial productions inevitably entails an increase in competitiveness in the market and the struggle of enterprises to promote their goods. One of the ways to win the sympathy of the buyer, brand awareness of the company and attract good specialists to the production was the development of industrial tourism. However, despite all the positive things that industrial tourism can give, its share in Russia is small, and development is very slow. The subject of the study is the social relations that develop in the process of industrial tourism development. Regulatory legal acts, subordinate regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, scientific literature were used in the performance of the work. The analysis of the legislation was carried out using both general scientific and private scientific methods of scientific cognition. As a result of the work, gaps and shortcomings of the current legislation that hinder the full development of industrial tourism were identified and ways to solve them were proposed. The practical significance of the work consists in recommendations on the formation of a legislative framework in order to improve the quality of legal regulation of industrial tourism.
