The article examines the problem of the multidimensionality of Russian legislation regulating relations in the field of intellectual property (IP). The authors consider the legal possibilities for IP protection, describe the possible risks of the right holder when introducing the results of intellectual activity and give ways to manage them, show that if to ensure the effective management of such Risks, they can not only be leveled, but also turned in favor.
