Human rights activity as a way of functioning of the constitutional system, protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the Russian Federation

This article examines some types of human rights activities in the Russian Federation, analyzes the legal essence of the protection of rights and freedoms, as well as the problem of implementing the protection of violated rights of citizens.
