A holiday in the organized leisure of the rural youth

The article considers some aspects allowing to comprehend the holiday educational potential and its role in leisure organization of modern rural youth. The significance of the qualitative leisure in the processes of socialization and group realization is noted. The opportunities of cultural institutions to achieve the results in working with young generation are highlighted. Some expected results connected with competently organized festivities for the rural youth are shown, namely increasing the need in organized leisure, personal development, enhancing interest in ethnonational values, preserving traditions, rural spiritual culture.
