Limiting state and service life of turbine blades under multifactor non-isothermal loading

This paper presents the results of analytical and experimental research of turbine blades limiting state of an aircraft gas turbine engine. The research was carried out for different programs of multifactor nonisothermal loading including simultaneous thermocyclic and vibration loads and also thermocyclic loads with loading hold time. Regularities of loading components combined effect upon blade service life exhaustion were obtained on the base of the research results. These regularities afford to form the criterion equation of turbine blade limiting state under multifactor non-isothermal loading.
