Бесплатный доступ

The last three decades in the history of civilization from the point of view of scientific and technological progress are characterized by the active introduction of digital technologies, including computer operations and the use of the Internet. This is, undoubtedly, the highest result of scientific and technological progress, which brought humanity the information revolution, including artificial intelligence, etc. However, the euphoria noted in the literature on this matter does not take into account a number of factors that reduce the optimism of the further development of IT technologies. The article considers these factors. It is noted, in particular, that each individual has physiological limits of mental potential, and equally one can speak about the limits of all people in the aggregate. And the development of scientific and technological progress at a certain stage, obviously, in the not-too-distant future, can lead to extremely negative consequences for humanity.
