The range of constraints on labour rights and the limits of labour rights protection: theoretical questions

The article deals with the determination of limits of constraints on labour rights and the limits of their protection, analyses the criteria of labour rights limitation. Comparing these legal categories, the authors try to prove that the limits of the constraints on labour rights is the balance of public and private interests and the guarantees against labour rights abuse, and the range of the labour rights protection is the ways of their protection.
