The limits of the singularity: artificial intelligence vs human intelligence

The features of the current stage of the development of artificial intelligence (AI) systems of a new generation are revealed. The main problems of the contradictory interaction of human intelligence and AI are identified. An analysis of legislative innovations in regulating the use of AI and labeling AI content is given. The concept of "socioneuromorphic singularity" has been introduced into scientific use. The characteristics of the positive and negative effects of artificial intelligence on the development of human society are given. The fundamental conclusion about the ontological limit of the existence, spread and dominance of AI in human society is substantiated and formulated.
