Predicative model of educational services consumption

The choice of the topic is due to the increased level of competition in the educational services market and new functions assigned to the educational system. Currently, the higher education system is a key link in the formation of the competitiveness of the region. Universities are called upon to solve such urgent problems as attracting and retaining high-quality human capital in the region and disseminating best practices to the Russian and global academic community. Ultimately, the measures taken should lead to the transformation of the region and a move away from the industrial model. Achieving these goals is not possible without promising young specialists who possess a full range of in-demand competencies. To solve these problems, the authors propose using a predictive model that will identify the factors that have a primary influence on the choice of a university by applicants.
