Proposed strategy scheduled preventive maintenance of the future Irkutsk Polymer Plant to increase the company’s profit

This article is devoted to finding the best period for preventive maintenance at the Irkutsk Polymer Plant to ensure competitive advantages and generate additional profit. The article presents the main characteristics of the future plant and its planned range of products, the capacity of existing polyethylene plants in Russia, the periods of preventive maintenance at similar production facilities of competing plants. A calendar period for preventive maintenance at the Irkutsk Polymer Plant was proposed with justification of its dependence on climatic conditions and competitors.
