Proposition of legislation improvement in sphere of executive law

The article On correlation of principles and attributes of a rule-of-law state deals with the problem of revealing of specific features and peculiarities of this type of state. The emphasis is laid on revealing the nonidentity of the notions principles and attributes, their definitions and concrete types are given.
