Suggestions for improving the system of personnel motivation

This article is devoted to staff motivation in the organization LLC “Dolphin”. Motivation can be defined as a set of factors that determine behavior, as well as a set of psychological causes explaining a person’s behavior. With regard to personnel management, motivation can be defined as the process of encouraging oneself and others to act in order to achieve personal goals or organizational goals. The article discusses the proposals for improving the motivation system and develops ways to improve it.
