Suggestions for improving the system of personnel motivation

This article is devoted to staff motivation in the organization LLC “RIVIERA-SOCHI”. Motivation is a set of internal motives of an employee to certain actions, stimulation is an external means of influencing his behavior. This function is related to the staff motivation management subsystem. The system of motivation and incentives for staff in an organization is intended to encourage employees to work highly efficiently. The article discusses the proposals for improving the motivation system and develops ways to improve it.
