Subject protection of object of cultural heritage: the land-legal aspects

The author of the article examined the contents of the legal concept of «object of cultural heritage sites», revealed its importance for establishing a legal regime of land of historical and cultural destination. Presented a systematic analysis of the norms of land legislation and legislation on cultural heritage sites, are given suggestions for improvement. Proposed interpretation of the concept object of cultural heritage sites, conditions and procedure for determining the subject of protection of cultural heritage as a pillar of the establishment of the legal regime of land of historical and cultural destination.
