The subject of regulating the crime prevention and crime combating laws: interconnection issue

The article makes an attempt to find correlation between the relations regulated by the crime prevention laws and crime combating laws. The interconnection between the subjects of such relations and legal facts of their generating are analyzed. The author makes a conclusion that it is necessary to widen the subjects of crime prevention relations by including the non-state subjects, regional and local ones, in particular. The article also points to the difference in facts generating the relations regulated by the crime prevention laws and crime combating laws.
