Purpose: To explore administrative-legal regulation of private tutoring in the educational sphere. Methodology: Used dialectical, logical, systematic, dogmatic and comparative legal methods. Methodology: Dialectic, logical, systematic, dogmatic and comparative-legal methods were used. Results: Contained value judgments and recommendations aimed at efficient administrative legal regulation of organization of tutoring in the provision of educational services self-employed teachers. Novelty/originality/value: The scientific value of the article specified is the fact that it provides the analysis of normative legal acts, and identified the characteristics and problems of the state, normative legal regulation of the activities of the Tutors, as well as to formulate solutions to them. The article has high scientific value as it contains is valuable for science and practice conclusions and suggestions.
