The author provides an analysis of changes in land laws by the Federal Law of June 23, 2014 № 171-FZ «On Amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation» in the part of the procedure for granting land plots intended for gardening, horticulture and country economy. The peculiarities of land-for-profit associations, growers, gardeners and gardeners, as well as citizens who are not members of such associations. Analyzed the jurisprudence on issues of concern in this area.
