Prevention of bankruptcy of agricultural enterprises as a factor of development of agricultural territories

The transition to a market economy significantly worsened the conditions of agricultural business, which led to the impoverishment of the village, the reduction of rural settlements, the deterioration of communications, the decline of social infrastructure. Currently, the development of agricultural areas is a very important task, without which it is impossible to provide decent living conditions for people, to retain highly qualified personnel, to attract new, including young professionals to the village, to make the rural way of life attractive. Without solving this problem, it is impossible to provide agricultural production with the main productive force-workers. Since 2002, the state has been trying to solve this problem through the implementation of comprehensive Federal targeted programmes, but problems still remain. The problems of rural areas are largely due to the lack of a proper number of highly profitable agricultural enterprises that are able to pay large salaries to their employees, provide them with career growth, invest significant resources in the development of rural settlements. These problems are greatly exacerbated by the bankruptcy of agar organizations, which is not uncommon for this industry. Our research confirms that often the enterprise, which has lost its solvency, is able to restore it, continue and develop its production activities, become again a powerful source of financing for social infrastructure and rural residents.
