Prevention of illegal takeover as a measure of the business threat decrease: legal and managerial methods

The article is concerned with such a criminal procedure as illegal takeover. The undertaken research defines the main features of the illegal or hostile takeover, and considers the preventive measures for avoidance of such phenomena. The authors suggest the algorithm of the managerial expertise of the enterprise’s activities as an element of the complex economic security system of the company.
