Estimated impact of legislative initiatives related to land policy

The author presents a forecast of possible negative consequences, populist or not economically reasonable changes to the strategy of land policy, such as poor land management, as a result of which may have missed a real opportunity to supplement the budget of the countrys stability at the expense of payments for land and real estate. Proposes measures to prevent such consequences, including increased training requirements of cadastral engineers, building national institutions for land and property relations, is not subordinate to the Ministry of Economic Development, and other measures.
