Prerequisites for the new model of state management of Russia’s economic development formation

The authors investigated the prerequisites for the formation of a new model of state managementof Russia's economic development in modern conditions. The reasons for the transformation of the model ofthe Russian economy aimed at accelerated innovative development, the state's policy of import substitution andsaturation of the market of domestic high-tech products are revealed. The main factors were a significantchange in the geopolitical situation and severe sanctions pressure on Russia from the countries of the Western Alliance, as well as the structural restructuring of the entire global economy, moving to a new technological basis. The necessity of modernization of the real sector of the economy and the production of its own high-quality products, not inferior to world analogues, and ensuring the growth of Russia's competitiveness in international markets is substantiated. The modern model of state management of economic development is characterized by high knowledge intensity due to systemic transformations in the national economy, and above all,digital ones, which led to the emergence of technological innovations aimed at improving the efficiency ofproduction processes. The importance of the state investment policy and the spread of innovations at domestic enterprises in the economic development management model is proved. The necessity of state support for high-quality training of workers and engineers for industry is substantiated. Attention is focused on the issues ofimproving international cooperation and expanding business relations with Asian and Latin American countries.
