Prerequisites of the regional innovative clusters formation in the Krasnodar territory

The article covers following prerequisites of the cluster formation in the Krasnodar Territory: research, industrial and educational resources of the region; existing problems in cooperation of the key innovation subjects (state, business, science); initiatives of the local officials. Hands-on assistance for the cluster theory development may provide both national practices (experience of Skolkovo on priority technologies development and cluster structures development in the leading innovational regions of Russia) and collaboration with foreign innovation-focused organizations.
