Prerequisites and trends in the development of public administration in the Luhansk People's Republic

The article analyzes the current trends in the development of public administration, identifies the main directions of changes and transformation processes of the public administration system under the influence of crisis changes and globalization challenges in the Luhansk People's Republic. The main trends of public administration are identified and analyzed, and further ways of improving the system of public administration in modern conditions are proposed.
