Prerequisites and opportunities for economic diversification in the Republic of Sakha Yakutia

The purpose of this article is to analyze the prerequisites and opportunities for the development of tourism in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). In connection with this goal, the development strategy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) until 2032 was analyzed and the need for economic diversification was identified, including through non-productive sectors, which include tourism. The article also offers a system of indicators reflecting the regional economic effect of the implementation of the tourism development strategy.
