Prerequisites for the creation of ecosystems in commercial banks off the Russian Federation

The article discusses the problems that have arisen in banking institutions as a result of the COVID-2019 coronavirus pandemic. The role of commercial banks in the process of automatic exchange of tax and financial information is analyzed. A number of difficulties associated with conducting banking operations without physical interaction with bank offices are highlighted. In accordance with this, possible ways of developing the banking system are being considered.
