In the Autonomous republics, the work of rural party, Komsomol and other public organizations has significantly increased. Groups of the poor were created, committees of peasant mutual aid, meetings were held, conferences were called, congresses of the poor and women. As a result, by the end of the 20s, the necessary objective and subjective prerequisites were created in the villages of most republics for the beginning of the socialist reconstruction of agriculture.
