The prerequisites of non-linearity ideas development in modern architecture
Бесплатный доступ
This article offers a brief analysis of the main prerequisites of the emergence of nonlinear architecture. It is shown why conceptions, which only few decades ago seemed fantastic, are being realized in the projects of modern architects today. The influence of different cultural, scientific, social and economic factors is considered. It is proved that a certain artistic idea always underlies nonlinear forms which seem random and its design is realized basing on precise mathematical calculation. It is confirmed that the phenomenon of nonlinear architecture must be considered preeminently as a complex phenomenon. It is shown that ideas from the different and often unrelated areas of knowledge are melted in a «melting-pot» of nonlinear architecture. It is proved that analysis of prerequisites of development and multidisciplinary approach to the research of nonlinear architecture will allow us to predict a vector of possible development of this style.
