The entrepreneurial activity of national minorities as a means of adaptation and survival in an alien ethnocultural environment

The article econsiders the main causes of increased business activity of individual ethnic communities. It is emphasized that the private sector of economy is the most favourable environment for employment and improvement of social status of ethnic minority representatives. Attention is drawn to the isolation of ethnic businesses structures, specific features of their internal organization on the basis of clan and tribal ties.
