Entrepreneurship as a promising direction for improving social policy in the field of youth employment promotion in the Republic of Ingushetia

The article analyzes the problems of the functioning of the youth labor market and the difficulties of the development of youth entrepreneurship (on the example of the Republic of Ingushetia). Youth entrepreneurship has a huge potential in the development of the labor market, ensuring effective employment and acts as an important resource for the socio-economic development of any country. The article notes that the modern labor market has faced a negative trend associated with a reduction in the number of children and youth in the general population structure. Young people have suffered more than other age groups from the crisis and unemployment caused by the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and the associated system of restrictive measures or lockdown, and on the other hand, it is young people who adapt most quickly to the innovations of the scientific and technological revolution and the associated processes of digitalization, platformization and robotization. The authors have identified specific features that determine the features of the employment policy of this age group. The article presents the results of a sociological study on the peculiarities of the development of entrepreneurial activity among the youth of the Republic of Ingushetia, which indicate insufficient entrepreneurial activity and readiness of young people for this type of activity. It is concluded that the insufficient level of youth involvement in entrepreneurial activity can become a negative factor constraining the innovative development of the country's economy. In conclusion, it is noted that promising areas of targeted state support for the development of young entrepreneurship are the formation of entrepreneurial thinking, a positive attitude to entrepreneurship, raising awareness of young people about state programs and forms of support, eliminating organizational and managerial barriers and facilitating access to loans, subsidies, grants, investments.
